SPEAK WILD

Reimagine possible.

SpeakWild is fiscally sponsored by Counterpart/ The Field, a nationally registered not-for-profit, tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) organization serving the arts community.

SpeakWild creates arts-based activations and advocacy that support creativity, resource communities, and shift culture. Our work has been at The Teen Vogue Fest, The AWP Literary Conference, and more.

Speak Wild emboldens creativity towards a safer, more equitable and socially just world.

Our events engage communities and contribute to positive social change.

SpeakWild is an umbrella for over a decade of projects in creative advocacy and direct action for social change.

Change the narrative.

Our creative projects have partnered with targeted communities to welcome Muslim immigrants at San Fransisco Airport during the Muslim ban and covered rent and medical care for Syrian refugee families, and launched creative advocacy for these at the Teen Vogue Fest. Our work has launched content celebrating and driving funds to Los Angeles underserved youth’s social impact ideas with Network For Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) and Ambition.org ; distributed healthy delicious meals, clothing, and hygiene items throughout Skid Row during Covid, with the support of Dr. Bronner’s products and Patagonia clothing; and more.

Through media, creative workshops, performances, advocacy, and collaboration, Speak Wild emboldens creativity towards a safer, more equitable and socially just world.
